The short version
- Published 2026 agency rate cards for one Instagram post or Reel overlap at about AED 500-1,500 for nano, AED 2,000-5,000 for micro and AED 7,000-15,000 for mid-tier creators.
- Signed contracts come in lower. In Yamammi's report on 350 contracts, the medians are AED 500, AED 1,000 and AED 2,000 for comparable tiers.
- These are planning ranges. Each creator sets their own price, and a creator's own rate on their page always overrides them.

Two numbers: the rate card and the signed deal
Ask what a Dubai influencer costs and you get two kinds of answer. Agencies publish rate cards: what creators in a tier usually ask for. Contract data shows what brands actually signed. The two are far apart, and that gap is the most useful thing to know before a negotiation, on either side.
Below we show both, with their sources. The first column is the range that six 2026 agency rate cards share. The second is the median from one agency's signed contracts.
AED rates by follower tier (2026)
| Tier | Range all 2026 agency rate cards share | Signed-contract median (Yamammi, 350 contracts) |
|---|---|---|
| Nano 1K-10K | AED 500-1,500 | AED 500 (n=40) |
| Micro 10K-100K | AED 2,000-5,000 | AED 1,000 (10K-50K, n=190) |
| Mid 100K-500K | AED 7,000-15,000 | AED 2,000 (50K-250K, n=80) |
| Macro 500K-1M | AED 20,000-45,000 | AED 2,500 (250K-1M, n=30) |
| Mega 1M+ | “On request” | AED 10,000 (n=10) |
Indicative, AED, Oct 2026, one Instagram post or Reel, organic only, excluding paid-usage rights, exclusivity and VAT. Actual fees are set by each creator.
Where the numbers come from: the shared ranges are the overlap of 2026 rate cards from Yamammi, Husbar, Tikit, Right Media, Positively Adam and Elev8or. The medians come from Yamammi's contract report, which uses its own tier boundaries (10K-50K instead of 10K-100K, for example). It is one agency's data and may lean towards smaller clients.
What the gap means
For creators: the rate card is a starting point, not a promise. Many signed deals land well below it, especially in the micro and mid tiers. If you quote the top of the range, show why: average views, saves, a local audience and results from past campaigns.
For brands: a fair offer sits somewhere between the two columns, depending on what you ask for. A post with paid-ad usage, exclusivity and three rounds of edits is a different product from one organic Reel.
Either way, a creator's own rate is the number that counts. On socialmediamarketing.ae every creator lists their own services and starting prices in AED, so you compare real asks, not averages.
Add-ons that change the price
The tier table covers one organic post. These are the common add-ons and other formats, as each source states them:
| Item | What the sources say |
|---|---|
| Paid-ad usage rights | +30-50% (Yamammi); 1.5-2x (Tikit) |
| Exclusivity | +20-40% for 3 months (Yamammi); +20-50% (Tikit) |
| TikTok instead of Instagram | 20-30% below Instagram (Yamammi, Positively Adam); 20-40% below (Tikit) |
| Single Story | AED 150-400 for nano; AED 300-800 for 10K-50K (Yamammi) |
| Retainers | 15-20% off the per-post rate (Positively Adam) |
Indicative, AED, Oct 2026. Actual fees are set by each creator.
Restaurants, cafés and hotels
Food and hospitality deals in Dubai often mix cash with a package: the meal, the stay or the experience. Yamammi's contract report shows what was actually signed (Yamammi):
- F&B: AED 100-800 plus the package (26 contracts).
- Hospitality at standard venues: AED 700-800 plus the package.
- Hospitality at luxury venues: AED 1,700-2,600 plus the package (39 hospitality contracts in total).
The package counts as payment under UAE rules, so the permit and disclosure duties apply (see gifted collaborations). If you pitch venues, our restaurant pitching guide has templates.
UGC is priced differently
UGC videos are made for the brand's own channels and ads, not posted on your account. A simple UGC video runs about AED 700-1,500 and an ad-ready one AED 1,500-3,500 (Yamammi); the signed-contract rate in Yamammi's report is a flat AED 800. The full breakdown is in How much does a UGC video cost in the UAE?
How to set your own rate
- Find your tier in the table and look at both columns.
- Use your own numbers to decide where you sit: average views, saves, and the share of your audience in the UAE.
- Write what each price includes: format, number of Stories, posting date, revisions and how long the brand may use the content.
- Price paid-ad usage, exclusivity and rush delivery as separate add-ons.
- Put your starting prices on your page, so brands see a real number before they message you.
- Review your rates every few months, and apply new prices to new clients first.
A rate card template you can copy
Keep it to one page. Lead with the facts that justify the price, then list packages with “from” prices.

Quoting, tax and getting paid
When a brand asks “what are your rates?”, send your rate card and one question: where will the content be used, and for how long? The answer changes the quote more than anything else.
If the budget is too low, keep your price and cut the scope: Stories instead of a Reel, one platform instead of two, organic use only. A discount given once tends to become your new rate.
Two tax thresholds are worth knowing as your income grows. VAT registration is mandatory at AED 375,000 and voluntary at AED 187,500 (FTA). Individuals running a business pay Corporate Tax only above AED 1M turnover in a calendar year (FTA). Ask a UAE tax adviser how they apply to you.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a micro influencer charge in Dubai?
Published 2026 rate cards for micro creators (10K-100K followers) share a range of about AED 2,000-5,000 for one Instagram post or Reel. In Yamammi's signed contracts, the median for 10K-50K followers was AED 1,000. Each creator sets their own price.
Why are signed contracts so much lower than rate cards?
Rate cards show what creators ask; contracts show what brands paid after negotiation. The contract medians are one agency's data, which may lean towards smaller clients.
Are TikTok rates lower than Instagram rates?
The sources say yes: 20-30% below Instagram (Yamammi, Positively Adam) or 20-40% below (Tikit).
Should I charge extra when a brand runs my video as an ad?
Yes, price it separately. Sources put paid-ad usage at +30-50% (Yamammi) or 1.5-2x (Tikit) on top of the organic fee.
Is a free meal or hotel stay a form of payment?
Yes. Under UAE rules, gifted products and services count as payment, so the permit and disclosure rules apply. Our guide to gifted collaborations explains what that means.
