The main points:

• Creator pages are free. Keep yours honest: typed-in numbers are shown as self-reported.
• If you advertise from inside the UAE, the permit and clear ad labels are your responsibility.
• We review pages and may hide or remove any page that breaks these terms.
• Brands contact creators directly. Any deal is between the creator and the brand.

Who we are

socialmediamarketing.ae is operated by Machiavelli Marketing LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Machiavelli Marketing LLC. Questions: hello@socialmediamarketing.ae.

The service

socialmediamarketing.ae gives creators a free page at socialmediamarketing.ae/yourname, lists published pages in a public directory that brands can browse, lets brands send us a brief, and publishes guides. We also run a waitlist for our course “Social Media Marketing in Dubai”. The course is waitlist only: there is nothing to pay on this site, and joining the waitlist does not commit you to buy anything. Details are shared with the waitlist first.

Your page and your handle

When you claim a page:

• You must be 18 or over and have the right to use the name, photos and accounts you add.
• Handles are first come, first served. We may refuse or take back a handle that is reserved, misleading or offensive, that impersonates someone, or that has been unused for a long time.
• You can change or delete your page at any time, in your editor or by emailing hello@socialmediamarketing.ae.

Keep it accurate

Brands, search engines and AI assistants rely on what your page says, so keep it honest:

• Numbers you type in are shown as “Self-reported” with the date you entered them. Only numbers read from an account you connect are shown as “Connected account” with the date we last checked them. Do not inflate your stats.
• Only add a UAE Advertiser Permit number that is yours and valid. It is shown as “self-declared”: we do not check it with the National Media Authority (NMA) unless your page says how and when it was checked.
• Only list brands you have actually worked with, and only publish client quotes you have permission to use.
• Keep your rates and contact details up to date.

Permits and ad disclosure

If you create advertising content from inside the UAE, you are responsible for holding a valid UAE Advertiser Permit under the rules of the National Media Authority (NMA). Gifted products, services and other non-cash benefits count as payment, so gifted and barter deals are included.

You are also responsible for clearly disclosing every ad, for example with “Ad” or “إعلان” plus the platform's paid-partnership label, and for checking that a brand holds any approval its sector needs.

Brands that contact creators through the site are responsible for checking the creator's permit and for their own advertising approvals.

Reviews, hidden pages and removal

We review new pages before they go live and may review published pages at any time. We may decline, hide or remove a page, or any part of it, if it breaks these terms or the law, or if we cannot confirm that it is genuine. Where we can, we tell you by email and give you the chance to fix it.

What is not allowed

We may remove content or whole pages that break these rules, without notice where needed:

• Impersonating another person, creator or brand.
• False or misleading information, including bought or invented numbers.
• Content that breaks UAE law, including the NMA's media content standards.
• Adult content, hate, harassment, or anything that puts other people at risk.
• Collecting creators' contact details to send spam, or trying to disrupt or break the service.

Example pages

Pages labelled “Example page” are fictional. They show what a creator page can look like, and the people, numbers and rates on them are made up. They are hidden from search engines and cannot be booked.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your page. You give us permission to host, display and share it in the ways the service works: on your page, in the directory, in our sitemap and llms.txt files, in share images, and with search engines and AI assistants that read the site. This permission ends when you delete your page, except for copies others already made.

No guarantees about AI, search or deals

We build pages so that Google and AI assistants can read and understand them, but we do not control those services. We do not guarantee that any search engine, AI assistant or business will show, rank or mention your page, or that you will receive enquiries or paid work.

Brands contact creators directly. Any deal, price or payment is between the creator and the brand. We are not a party to it.

The free service

Creator pages are free. We may change, pause or stop features, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. The site is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost income or lost opportunities arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking first, the courts of Dubai will decide it.

Changes and contact
