Hiring family and parenting creators in Dubai

What to look for

Parents in Dubai trust creators who live the same routine: school runs, weekend plans and budgets. Check that the creator's audience is mostly UAE based, that children are shown respectfully, and that the creator can tell you the age range of their followers' kids.

Typical formats

Typical formats are family days out filmed as one Reel plus stories, birthday venue reviews, school and nursery open days, and UGC for kids' products. Smaller family creators often have very engaged local audiences, so do not filter on follower count alone.

Check the UAE Advertiser Permit

  1. Since 1 February 2026, anyone creating advertising content from inside the UAE needs a UAE Advertiser Permit from the National Media Authority (NMA), paid or unpaid. (Gulf News, 1 Feb 2026)
  2. Gifted products, services and other non-cash benefits count as payment, so barter deals and hosted visits count too. (NMA service card)
  3. Holders must show their permit number on their accounts, and lawyers advise brands to ask for it before paying. (The National, 30 Jul 2025, Pinsent Masons)
  4. Any payment or commercial relationship must be clearly disclosed (Executive Regulations, Art. 33(7)). No hashtag is named: clearly disclose, for example "Ad" or "إعلان" plus the platform's paid-partnership label. (NMA legislation)
  5. Advertising without a permit: a written warning, then AED 20,000, then AED 50,000 (Cabinet Resolution 42/2025, which applies in free zones too). (NMA legislation)
  6. Permit numbers on pages here are self-declared by the creator. We found no public NMA lookup, so ask for the number and write it into your contract. (NMA services, Pinsent Masons)
  7. The minimum age for an Advertiser Permit is 18; from 15 it is possible with a guardian applying. Agree in writing how children appear on camera, and get the parent's written consent before you reuse any footage in ads. (Gulf News)

FAQ

Family creators in Dubai:questions businesses ask

What do family creators in Dubai charge?

Published 2026 agency rate cards for one Instagram post or Reel overlap at about AED 500-1,500 for nano creators (1K-10K followers), AED 2,000-5,000 for micro (10K-100K) and AED 7,000-15,000 for mid-tier (100K-500K). Signed contracts are lower: medians of AED 500, 1,000 and 2,000 in one agency's report on 350 Dubai contracts (Yamammi). These are indicative ranges, not quotes. Every creator here lists their own rates on their page.

Can we reuse a family creator's video in our ads?

Only if the agreement says so. Because children appear on camera, ask the parent for written consent for ad use and agree how long you can run it.

Which businesses work with parenting creators in Dubai?

Play areas, birthday venues, nurseries and schools, kids' clothing, family restaurants, healthcare providers and family-friendly hotels are common examples. Education, health and food ads need prior approval from the relevant authority (Art. 33(9)).
